Neil Plakcy has once again accepted a story of mine for a Cleis anthology.  I think I like that fellow.  :)  Skater Boys will be out sometime in the summer in print only, I believe.  I'll keep you informed and post a cover and blurb as I come by 'em.

Editor Augusta Li has graciously accepted my first Yaoi story ever for Phaze's 'Lemon Kisses', a 4 author compilation.  I'm quite excited about this because I've been wanting to submit to Phaze forever and because, while I love reading Yaoi - and do so way too much, according to my hubby, Lol. - I've never attempted writing it before.  It really is quite different from your regular MM.  I had alot of fun penning 'Your Fantasy or Mine' and even got a tribute in for my Star Wars fanfic roots - which made me smirk, I'll admit.  When I get a cover and release date I'll  post 'em, along with a sexy blurb.

Stay With Me, a MF romantica piece about the Greek God Dionysos, will be re-released as a stand alone novella as part of All Romance Ebooks 28 Days of Heart.  Proceeds will be donated to the heart foundation.  A good read for a good cause, folks.  :)

A few weeks back - Like, 5, but who's counting? - Jaye Valentine very generously accepted my MM romantica story 'Lucky' into his anthology.  It's being released in print and Ebook April 13-09.  Yippee.

 Yes, I've finally found another home for my firstborn novel.  Lyrical Press will be re-releasing The Summoner in early fall of 09.  Thank goodness.  I was starting to feel bad for my little book. No one would touch her because, apparently, she'd 'done too well and been too heavily reviewed' the first time around.   I'm glad Summoner will have the chance to be read - again.  Mama loves you, baby.

My story Rainwhore and my Five part wedding flash series (flash being stories of 300 words or less) based on the Something Old/ Something New poem went up at Ruthie's Club on Sept 8.  Little late to be sharing, huh?  Oh, well.  Go look.  I really like the pic they've done for the wedding piece. 

Yes, I finally - finally - sold a story to Cleansheets.  Fourth try is the charm, I guess.  I knew the other stories I tried weren't really their style but, honestly, I wasn't sure Slipstream would be either.  Just goes to show:  Try, try again isn't just a bullshit adage.  A personal yay!  for me.  :)  The story will be up on Sept 24/08...  this is my favorite piece yet, go read.

My short, BonFire Night just got an acceptance into the Mammoth book of Erotic Confessions, due out May 09.  I'm a little weirded out 'cause the author was supposed to make the story read like a 'true confession' so my byline is just 'Alisha, Edmonton.'  Which gives me a creepy for some unknown reason.  Lol.  Nonetheless, its Mammoth and its Print, so its all good.  :)  Will update with a link as I come by it.

Awhile ago, I received a lovely acceptance from Ms. Alison Tyler for the story waves in Cleis' Super Sexy Shorts anthology - now named, Frenzy, I guess.  :)  What can I say, it's been a real busy quarter year, Lol. That'll be out in print in October 08.  :P

A MM Novella, Forgive and Forget is a story about Apollo, God of the Sun, and Zephyrus, God of the West Wind.  Yes, I've written another queer take on Greek Mythology.  Go figure, huh?  :)  Anyway, I just received word that LooseID wants the rights to this 26,000 word piece, so yay.
